We specialise in supplying both White-Collar and Blue-Collar staff for Day Shifts, Night Shifts, Shutdowns, Project Management and Long-Term positions. Backed by leading workplace relationship and payroll specialists, our associates are empowered with the knowledge and strategies to ensure safety and compliance across all worksites.

Implementing rigorous hiring procedures to evaluate each candidate’s qualifications, medical history and references. This process is then underpinned by all prospective employees undertaking psychometric testing. Ensuring that every effort is made to provide the highest quality candidates, with all the relevant experience and tickets for each position required.

Got’em Group currently has a pool of 125 registered employees with a continual labour force of sixty per cent being utilised at any given time in and around the South West and Goldfields. Thirty percent of our registered employees are based in Esperance, Hopetoun, Ravensthorpe and Kalgoorlie. All employees we use on shutdown and project works are qualified in their fields and are all required to have the following as a minimum:

  • EWP 30%

  • Working at heights 100%

  • Forklift 64 %

  • C class Driver’s license 98%

  • Confined Space 100%

  • White Card 100%

All Got’em Group employees are updated once a month by e-mail or in their pay slip with current safety notices highlighting different safety aspects targeted each month. This allows us to target any issues raised by Supervisors, Clients, Work force and condition monitoring of the elements during each season.

Got’em Group has complete files on every employee containing:

  • Updated CV/Resume
  • National Police Clearance
  • All relevant tickets
  • All relevant qualifications
  • Medical clearances
  • Latest drug and alcohol clearances

All employees are required to undergo drug and alcohol testing before being placed on site, either on the day or the day before. This ensures that Got’em Group does not send any employees to site that are under the influence.

Got’em Group can supply the required amount of personnel to site whether it is planned or at short notice. Our dedicated human resources department is on call and available for Staff and Site 24/7 and are committed to react immediately upon request. By having a local registered workforce, Got’em Group will endeavour to have 50% to 70% of the same personnel attending site on each shut down, we also aim to send the same supervisors to site during each shut down as this eliminates wasted time for site personnel. Whilst over 90% of Got’em Group employees have a C class driver’s license, our company also has its own fleet of commercial mine spec utes and transport buses to assist in getting employees to and from site when required.

All Got’em employees are issued with the following standard PPE when gaining employment with our company, these items are checked and approved by senior personnel before any employee gets placed or sent out to site. We also have a Site Based PPE Cupboard for emergencies.

Got’em’s dedicated HR department is on call 24/7 so our team is there to assist should your site require short term, long term, shut down, or immediate personnel. Our effective recruitment software, policies and procedures means we have all personnel files quickly at hand so that we are able to arrange site access forms, medicals and speed up the process for documents to be sent to site. Got’em will ensure that all emergency requirements are acted upon within 4 hours. Got’em Group strongly believes in the importance of accurate time keeping. Our employees are supplied with timesheet books and are made aware that it is their responsibility to ensure all times are recorded and approved by their nominated representative. Once this process is complete, time sheets are scanned and e-mailed to Got’em Group accounts department for processing and invoicing.
